Terms and Conditions
The Bulgaria Property Directory (hereafter referred to as "BPD") provides listings to web sites belonging to businesses, non-profits or individuals (hereafter referred to as the "Customer"). BPD is located at www.bulgaria-property-directory.com
The BPD is a service provided to the Customer which is ruled by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Communication between parties will happen via email and to the email provided by the Customer respectively.
By accessing or using any part of BPD, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and you agree to be bound by the most recent version.
BPD may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw this Web site or any part of it.
Personal Information
Any information supplied by a Customer in regard with the submission procedure is for internal use only. It will never be given, lent or sold to any outside parties except if necessary in those cases of legal matters in relation to the directory. BPD reserves the right to use Customer's information for internal marketing purposes including advertisement offers, however the Customer will never receive more than once per month such offers.
Site Submission
Any submitted web site at BPD is subject to inspection for functionality, design, speed of operation and appropriateness prior to being accepted for listing or advertising. Additionally, BPD will only accept web sites that function properly. Web sites can be rejected, and have been, if they are very slow to open, or down much of the time or have too many design flaws.
Web sites which in any case will not be included in the directory are web sites that sell, give or promote arms, violence, pornography, gambling or any illegal activity or product or links to sites with such content.
It is up to the discretion of the editor of BPD to accept or reject any web site.
BPD agrees then to review the submitted web site within the time period as stated at the moment of the application. The time period will start at the moment the application form has been received on BPD's mail server and will exclude holidays, weekends and any delays caused by faulty or dishonest registration or server problems.
BPD reserves the right to determine in which category or categories a web site will be displayed, and may change the content of that directory page at any time or move the web site to another category or subcategory, and change the descriptive text or title without notice. BPD reserves also the right to choose the positioning of the links and their description on any page and these can be changed without notice and for any reason as is deemed appropriate by BPD.
A listed or advertising web site whose content and/or activity has changed such that it does not conform to BPD listing requirements anymore may be removed from the directory (both listing and advertising if applicable) without advance notice and without right for any refund of paid fees for listing and/or advertising.
Refunds and warranty
Any refunds or remunerations are made entirely at the discretion of BPD. If you are not satisfied with your advertisement, you can contact us within seven days of purchase to arrange a refund.
BPD directory is provided without any warranty of any kind that the directory will be functioning 100% without any interruptions or without any error. Neither BPD or any person working with or for BPD shall be liable under any circumstance for losses of any kind to a Customer due to the use of the directory, including sales, customers, profits, goodwill, data and any other kind of damage even if due to the removal of a web site from the directory.
Language
Language currently understood is English only. BPD reserves the right to exclude any web site that is not in English.
Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on BPD complies with all relevant laws and regulations. BPD will not take responsibility for any error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material.
You agree to indemnify and hold BPD harmless for any damages or costs incurred resulting from your violation of any law, regardless of their nature.
